It's been just over a month since we reminded everyone to pay their membership fees. Many thanks to those of you who have paid, but a significant number still haven't done so.

The club is a charity, none of the coaches, managers, committee members, etc. are paid, but we still deliver rugby training and matches to over 300 childen per week, all year round. Even being staffed by volunteers, the club still has considerable expenses - equipment, insurance, rent, utilities bills, etc. and that money primarily comes from the membership fees. Without everyone paying their share, we simply cannot operate.

If you're still in your three-week trial period, feel free to wait until it's complete before deciding whether to join. Otherwise, please pay your dues ASAP. All the funds go towards supporting the kids' rugby. If you haven't registered and paid, your child isn't insured to play, so can't be picked for a matchday squad.

If you're having difficulty making ends meet and are struggling to afford the membership, please get in touch, as we never want money to be a barrier to participation at ERFC. We deliberately set our membership fees lower than other clubs, to encourage everyone to participate. There are options for those that need them, which will be handled confidentially. Thank you
